We recently renovated the interior of tequila sunrise! This includes brand new wide plank LVP flooring throughout, new sliding glass doors, shiplap / board and batten throughout, new paint everywhere, and a new 4K TV and home theatre system with Sonos surround sound! We also added new couches and a new dining room table, chairs, and bench!

Just 3 miles north of Tequila Sunrise is the Currituck Lighthouse. It was built in 1875 and still functions. Just look to the north from the private terrace nightly to see the light. Visit the lighthouse and climb the steps to the top for a breath taking view of the beaches of Corolla. Currituck Lighthouse
If you have a 4WD vehicle and you're feeling adventurous, head north a few more miles past the lighthouse and you'll come to the end of the road, literally! Rt. 12 ends and the undeveloped and pristine beach begins. Pack a lunch and head up to Corova Beach for a picnic and visit Penny Hill, the second highest sand dune in the US. Be sure the drop your tire pressure to 20psi before heading off-road as some parts of the beach have hard packed sand, other parts have deep sugar sand. Outer Banks Beach Regulations

These beautiful horses live wild in the 4WD area. They originally came to the Outer Banks in the 1500's with Spanish explorers. They roam freely and can be seen grazing in the dunes or walking the beach. Watching them is a special experience. Corolla Wild Horses

The exterior of Tequila Sunrise just received a complete renovation including all new siding, a new deck off of Bedroom 3 on the second level, and a new paint job!
The 450 sq ft back deck was recently resurfaced with new deck boards and we added a 6-person Baja spa!.
Wooden deck furniture includes Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, and benches for outdoor dining.
Under the back deck a wooden patio provides easy access to the enclosed outdoor shower and the charcoal BBQ.

This two-story room with a new wood-burning fireplace features brand new wide plank flooring and new furniture. Relax while watching a movie on our brand new 55" 4K HD TV with Blue-ray and Sonos surround sound.
Adjacent the Great Room is the Dining room which also features brand new wide plank flooring and a new dining table and chairs / bench that will accommodate 8 people, with additional seating for four at the kitchen island. A chandelier provides plenty of light by night and new sliding glass doors provide you with tons of sunlight by day and easy access to the deck on the front of the house.
The kitchen is roomy and provides you with plenty of space to create a wonderful meal. Our updated kitchen features renovated cabinets with under mount lighting, a glass tile mosiac backsplash, Corian countertops and an integrated sink, refrigerator/ice-maker, faucet, garbage disposal, and brand new wide plank flooring!! Recessed lighting and pendent lighting over the island along with the under mount cabinet lighting provide plenty of light. This bedroom features a queen bed with headboard and dresser. A ceiling fan has been added and brand new wide plank flooring was just installed. A door provides access to the back deck and hot tub. Another door provides access to Bath 1.
